• Responsible for defining user experience strategies for all Client Devices types for >120000 users. o Windows, Mac, Tablets, Smartphones, Biometric interfaces, Peripherals, Printing, Telephony • Work with strategic IT vendors to develop roadmaps and define future client device technology requirements. • Evaluation of future end user computing trends in Augmented reality/Mixed Reality and Voice assistants. • Designing client device strategies for Digital Workspaces in offices and labs, as well as mobile field users. • Development and communication of remote access strategies and policies to support external associates. • Identification, evaluation and onboarding client device technologies. • Working with service providers to ensure devices integrate seamlessly with O365 and collaboration tools. • Providing content for end user documentation and acting as point of contact to delivery teams, as well as directly via internal social media channels to assist adoption. • Standardising processes to deliver consistent global end user experience for new hardware.
Key Projects and Achievements
• Project Lead for Windows Autopilot, Modern PC provisioning project. • Development of cross company IT guidelines for laboratory digital workplaces. • Definition and selection of standard company PC`s, Tablets and smartphone models. • IT Member of Core Review Team for Novartis Genesis Labs internal Innovation contest.
